Working pilot terms

Clear boundaries before a match.

These are concise working terms for an assisted pilot, not final marketplace terms. Category-specific and Nigerian legal review remains a release gate.

What CollabMart currently does

CollabMart receives service/provider interest, assesses possible fit and may introduce customers and independent providers. An introduction is not a guarantee of availability, competence, price, outcome or safety.

Agreement and price

The customer and provider must confirm scope, exclusions, schedule, price/estimate basis, expenses, cancellation and completion criteria before work starts. Record material changes. CollabMart does not collect payment through this pilot.

No live payment protection

CollabMart Escrow is currently a sandbox with no live custody. Do not send money to CollabMart on the assumption that it is held in escrow. Any future protected-payment flow will carry separate, explicit terms and a licensed custody provider.

Conduct and evidence

Users must provide accurate information, communicate respectfully and avoid unlawful, unsafe or abusive work. Completed platform jobs may create review eligibility. CollabMart may preserve relevant evidence and pause matching while investigating a credible safety, fraud or serious-performance concern.

Reviews and standing

Standing considers qualifying completed-job ratings, completion, punctuality, response, repeat work, applicable checks and substantiated failures. It does not create a guarantee. Providers receive a route to respond and appeal consequential decisions.

Children and emergencies

Learning engagements involving children must be contracted by an adult guardian or institution. The pilot does not create child accounts or support unsupervised provider-child contact. Do not use the marketplace for an emergency.
