Pilot privacy notice
Information should serve the job—not expose you.
This working notice explains the current WhatsApp-assisted pilot. It must receive Nigerian legal review before broader data collection or automated matching.
What the pilot receives
When you choose to send the prepared WhatsApp message, CollabMart receives the name, contact number, category, delivery mode, locality, timing, budget basis and description that you reviewed. Provider messages include the submitted experience summary. The website itself has no analytics or application database in this release.
Do not send yet
Do not include an exact home address, NIN, passport, bank details, credential images, child information or medical information in the first message. CollabMart may request limited evidence later through an appropriate private process if a category requires it.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to assess the request, contact you, identify a potential match, support the work and handle concerns. Relevant details may be shared with a potential provider or customer only as needed for matching. Precise service location should be disclosed only after a provider is accepted and operationally requires it.
The site prepares text and opens WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp/Meta processes that communication under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete pilot information, subject to records CollabMart must retain for safety, disputes or law. Contact desk@collabmart.com.
